"Melaleuca has a strong mission that is visible in everything the company does. That mission creates a great culture for employees and customers. They believe in working hard and cutting costs as much as possible, so employees are expected to give 110% with less resources than are needed at times."

"I have started working for Melaleuca as an intern in 2016 summer and then became full-time in 2017 April. They're very good company with strong values and takes good care of employees. They have operations internationally as well."
"Melaleuca is a great place to work. They are family friendly with the benefits of a small company and the resources of a large one. The CEO is engaged with the everyday employees and in many areas, compensation can be very generous. I would not even be looking for another position if it weren't for financial and career opportunity concerns. Engineering is not valued at all. There are less than 10 Engineers for the entire $2 billion company. I took the position at a much lower pay rate than expected with the understanding that if I performed admirably, I would be rewarded accordingly. Since then, I have outperformed every metric expected of me and moved to a new position without any increase in compensation. From what I understand, almost every other department has amazing opportunity for growth. Unfortunately, Engineering is not one of them."
"I've been with Melaleuca since Fall of 2017. The Company has a great culture and was a great place for my to work while studying at University. My supervisors understood the importance of education and were happy to adjust my schedule accordingly. Even as a part-time associate you receive $1k in products/year."
