"This is very dynamic company. Some times you hang drawings over to model shop and next day morning parts are on your desk. Small group friendly coworkers. Good overall moral company environment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get familiar with small firearms weapons. Renew knowledge of pneumatic, materials.During interview be open and friendly."

What don't you like about working at Meggitt Defense Systems?

"During my tenure I had 2 urgent and critical for company projects that took from me weekends, overtime, and not comfortable situation due to the fact that both projects were taken from engineers that spend years on the project and given to me. All projects were done on time and with best possible quality. Company did not financially or morally appreciate the work that have been done and even based on the fact that was not enough CAD software experience did not give appropriate annual salary raise."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Company should instead focusing on selling existing products should search for a new market opportunity even outside of the training and weapon simulation industries."
