"At Mefa, the work environment can be considered very laid back and friendly. Everyone's nice to each other and can be very understanding when problem arise. People here treat each other with respect and see themselves as one big family. There are hectic days at the office and everyone can be a bit on the edge due to crunch but overall MEFA is a great company to work for. I haven't had any complain ever since I joined the company, so it's a 5/5 for me. Free drinks, coffee, sometimes snacks, and food."
