"Medway is an air medical transport company. The hours can be very long and the work environment is not good. The managers are negative, threatening and sometimes dishonest. Communication is terrible and employees are treated like they are disposable. There is no respect either way between managers and employees. Turnover is very high and this would not be a good job for someone looking for long term employment."

"The Good... This is an opportunity to do something different. Medway is an air ambulance company doing long distance transportation of a variety of patients. You will have one patient at a time and you won't be on your feet for 12 hours. You travel in a small jet and you never know what state or country you will wind up in. There isn't a lot of time for sightseeing, but if you like to travel, this might be something to try. The Bad... You are away from home a lot. This isn't a good job for someone with a family. The money and benefits are a little below average and the management style is very outdated. They tend to be negative and threatening and they still expect you to donate time. The work is OK, but it's not the best place to work."
