What do you like about working at MedVance Institute?

"The programs are great and the students can leave and change, from the education there forever. It is all up to the student Medvance has the opportunities, if they take advantage of it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes, I would say to be remember its in the calls and in your voice to set an appt, the interview is about finding the real reason a student wants to attend school (the hearburn) and let the student say it to you, them summarize and reflect back to them what they said they needed to be in school for, enroll them, and be a problem solver to get your students started and a motivator to keep them in school."

What don't you like about working at MedVance Institute?

"I ran out of leads, and management was going through some changes at that time. The marketing stragey was changed and it hurt good reps, or I would still be there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Motivate with positive re-inforcement, show a rep the areas of opportunity weekly, monthly, and review to help each rep be as successful as possible. The tools are leads, motivation, and pride in your school."
