"The student morale and the initiative to learn. The staff was proficient about providing for the needs of the students. I had flexibility of office hours to counsel students when needed."

"A interested candidate should be sure that they have the adequate number of credit hours in a curriculum that they want to teach and to be open minded because of the diverse student culture."

What don't you like about working at MedVance Institute?

"The Educational Director made changes without Faculty input which imposed on student morale. Some changes were not suitable for th institution which could have been prevented by involving the staff and weighing options."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To keep the Faculty involved in curriculum changes to be sure that not only that they are meeting guidelines of accredidation but to be sure that it is measurable in the classroom."
