"The one thing that I can say that I enjoyed a great deal about while working at MedTox was the people. A small company with a family oriented flavor."

"A negative I saw working at MedTox was the separation that existed between corporate, which was in another city, and the diagnostics division for which I worked."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A suggestion I would give to any organization would be to not be afraid to listen to your people. The 'foot soldiers' are the ones that are in the pits doing the work. With that thought in mind, one might think they should have a feel for what could work better and more efficient."
