The goals of what the company needs as far as IT is concerned are not as clear as they should be, nor do they fully understand what it is they are acquiring when it comes to Legacy products."

The amount of office politics is higher than usual, growth for employees is minimal, zero visibility to the work you do and the mind set is to drop the large work loads on the employees doing the actual work while management takes all the credit.
