Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The COMPANY, the job, the work and duties are a great experience, but be careful of the politics of the local management. Regional Manager has HR wrapped and so you wont get far with any concerns you have...with that management still in place, the best thing to do is never to start....."

What don't you like about working at MedSTAFF?

"The local (California) management, to much backstabbing, Regional Manager thinks local branch manager has his back but little does he know she would run right to us and spills ALL his dirty laundry, then acts innocent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Corp. needs to open thier eyes and FINALLY listen to what we have been saying...if they cleaned house, the local offices could really be something!"
