"Although Medivative offers a great chance to gain medical device manufacturing experience, their opportunity for promotion is extremely limited. Also, they do not pay for and do no promote further education. Pay is below average, benefits are not great, and bonuses and raises are few and far between. Overall, a great company to get some invaluable experience at, but not a company to stay with."
