"Worked at Meditech for 2 and a half years. Pay sucks. They will tell you the company is doing bad, but then will buy 2 buildings in cash that same year. Cheap sodas and cafe are the only pros. Small raises should be expected. Everyone talks of this place being a stepping stone. Good job security that sounds like a plus until you work there as a lot of people should be fired. You will make the same working as good as your supervisor will call Above your level for your tenure as the guy doing nothing."

What don't you like about working at Meditech Communications?
"People who do know what's going on there have no way to transfer that info."
What suggestions do you have for management?
