"Some of the people I have gotten to work with in the last year were great. However, a lot of them have left because of how they were treated in the company."

"There are a lot of politics in the company. A lot of the promises that were made during the interview process never came to pass."

What don't you like about working at Medidata Solutions?

"The pressure of the request to work week nights and weekends without any compensation.There are managers that are very condescending and do not treat their coworkers with any respect.Salary is not competitive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Manage the team better without micro managing the projects.Be more respectful to the one that report to you."
