"There is a hands-off approach which I liked. There is a bunch of work and they are working with lots of really cool start-ups. I totally get their idea of removing barriers to the clients so they can succeed. They give us the tools, you can either succeed or you can fail. They will help but if you don't help yourself, they will let you go."

"Nice place to work. completely autonomous - they allowed me to do my work when I wanted to - very little micromanagement. The work can be hard though and many times clients are not reasonable, but the president usually smooths things out. Lots of people had an issue with the off-hand way the company is run - they wanted more structure, but I liked it."
