  "I am currently a junior at Georgia State University. I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. I will graduate by Spring of 2021. I am working at Octapharma Plasma as a Medical Screener Supervisor and a processing technician. As a supervisor, I have the chance to do cross-training into a different area. I perform basic screening tests. I also take care of new donor registration, donor customer services such as complaints, payment adjustments, and donor questions. I have to monitor my area and other areas to ensure that we have enough staff and the center runs smoothly. With the processing technician, I work with laboratory equipment, packing, and organize plasma bottles in order of blood type. I also prepare for plasma samples and whole blood samples shipping. I am always curious to learn new material and excited about new working environment."
