What do you like about working at Omnicare?

"I liked that everyone worked as a team. Working as a team makes a company unified and shows strength."

What don't you like about working at Omnicare?

"When the company got sold, things changed as sometimes people get lost with a national account. It was very difficult to keep people as unified as before."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was part of management, so I think that my best advise is to treat everyone with respect. I always jumped in and helped at every level, no mater what, at a company everyone needs to work as a team even if it is not in your department."
