"Egos run rampant, No communication, It's Micro-managed, Work hours are long and not compensated for, Mediocre pay, Zero room for promotions, and there is no resolve when complaints are made to management."

"Find some new management and get out of the comfort zone a little bit. Not everything requires the CEO's approval. Time is money. Make decisions for yourself and don't play the blame game."
