"Go somewhere else unless you can secure a consulting position and gaurantee the owners pay you."

What don't you like about working at Medical Messenger?

"The owners are absolutely aweful; back stabbing, selfish, think they know it all. They do not recognize anyone for their hard work, nor do they reward them for it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace them as they do not listen, do not understand, have tried to make the company work for the last 10 years and can only help their ego and do not know how to market, sell and support a technology product in a technology company."
