Submit a Review"Love to be a medical laboratory scientist where I got to know something that is related to health and how well we detect or diagnose the agent that causes those diseases to be deteriorate. Hate to be medical laboratory scientist when it comes to dealing with highly infectious specimens and when pre analytical side does not follow SOP protocol, for example sputum leaked out from container, clerical error, et cetera."

"I don't like how my shift is short-staffed, and most of my fellow workers are very old. I am the one who can work vigorously."

"Definitely need more people in the evening shift to improve turn-around-time."

"The hospital is in financial difficulty. Make sure your job will still be there in a couple months."

"There are no career advancement oppurtunities at Newman Regional Health."

"Listen to your employees. They know what is going on day to day."
