"The company is a small and because of it is an extremely laid back work environment."

"Try to negotiate a higher salary once you are selected. At first medical insurance and retirement benefits do not seem most important, but if you have a family as I do it is important. Try to negotiate a higher salary so you can go out and buy the more expensive private insurance and retirement benefits."
What don't you like about working at Allegiance Medical Laboratory?
"The company offers no medical or retirement benefits. Also for not having those particular benefits it offers a very low salary rate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The environment and moral is great, I would just suggest more benefits for employees."
