"I really enjoyed working in the military environment. I liked the coding training sessions. I liked the independence given. I really enjoyed my coworkers."

"There was only two days warning of job loss. I was extremely shocked and devastated. I wished that the management would have communicated with the employees more. It felt like every encounter with management was an inquisition."

"Communication with the employees would have reduced the tension in the work environment."

"I dislike the inability for the company to cross-train employees."

"Listen to the people in the trenches. Everything is not black and white. There are a few gray areas."

"This location was shutdown in July 2009. I would recommend working at the Florida office."

"I loved the intimacy between the staff and management. I really grew a lot during employment. I am very appreciative of all of the help provided after Hurricane Katrina. I loved working temporarily in Florida."

"I would suggest being employed with Medical Data Systems, Inc."

"The opportunity to advance to higher position was not available. There was a need to weed out the non productive employees."

"I would suggest do performance evaluations for education and training. It can be a great motivational tool."

"I loved the opportunity to train the physicians on current procedural rules and regulations. It kept me on my toes with the current rules and guidance. I loved working in the hospital environment. There was always an opportunity to meet new people. I really enjoyed being audited to learn of my performance weakness and strengths."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Have a second job lined up during contract renewal time. There was only a two day notice of termination and no severance package is offered."
What don't you like about working at Healthcare Resolutions Services?
"I was very uncomfortable with the contract viability. I really would have like to have more guidance."

"I would encourage more communication between the employee and the corporate office. I believe that there is a lot of potential for growth."

"I enjoyed my coworkers. There was a very nice blend of people and we all got along very well. I haven't worked there in 2 years & I still keep in touch with a few of my previous coworkers."

"Manditory over time every week."

"Help pick up the slack when all the coders have to work, they should pitch in and do some coding"

"My former position was always a challenge and kept me on my feet. The people I worked with were excellent. All of the doctors have their own personalities of course but were always easily approachable."

"Be yourself and be honest with them. They are reasonable and completely understanding."

"Like any other office, you have your good days and bad days. I would have to say that my good days outweighed my bad days. There isn't much negative to report about New Brunswick Cardiology Group, PA."

"My only suggestion for management would be to try not to micromanage as much as possible."
