What don't you like about working at MediaLink?
"I did not have enough knowledge of public relations industry and my training was insufficient (the small company had just gone public and there was a lot of confusion, in-house fighting and turnover). My co-manager was terrible - entire staff quit!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn what is required to be a public company and what you cannot do....Do not give the authority to manage and select accounts when that person is also a salesperson/competitor."
