2.3 Without equal the worst company I have ever been associated with. Consumer Reports list them as the worst cable company in the US. Let’s face it, that says a lot. The company is micromanaged by the owner’s sister in NY. The company has no desire to get any better because they are receiving a subsidy from the government for 'under served areas'. This is not a company to work for if you are honest and hardworking. You will run into too many blocks put in place to stop you. I say not only Caveat emptor if you are a customer but also Caveat Subscriptor if you are a potential employee.

Treat your employees better that have been with you the longest. If they ask for a raise maybe they need it. Don't think you are the only game in town and get with the times on pay scales. Treat your IT dept better. Review your high turnover rate.
