"Too much bureaucracy for a company with less than 20 employees and not enough transparency between the marketing / development teams."

"Be more flexible, you're meant to be able to act quickly on ideas at a startup."

"None. Everything was handled very professional and in a timely manner."

"Google is a highly competitive work environment. Innovation and Google are connected in every aspect of their existence: goals, work/life balance, performance, and technology."

"Bring your A+ game to everything that is Google. Google demands it in the work environment, technology labs, play, lunch room, games, meetings, etc."

"It is a long commute: 1.5 hours (one way) on Google shuttles that offer wireless connections."

"Google is in good hands. Is Google getting too big."
