What do you like about working at Carat?

"What I really liked about Carat were the various accounts that they had then, adidas, New Line, Mercedes Benz...Kia/Hyundai"

What don't you like about working at Carat?

"I did not like the favortism and extreme nepotism that was allowed at the highest levels. Those who worked hard and went above and beyond were prevented from being promoted to the next level whether in the same department or another."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion for management is to replace the top and middle management with executives that have had some certification or course work in manageing people in a large company."
