What do you like about working at International Game Technology?

"Basically I moved 1800 miles away to jump at a chance a contract base would turn into a perm position. I earned a lot of experience in the UI/UX industry."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"For someone that is young and willing to intern to get a feel for the video game, gambling industry this would be a good company to gain experience."

What don't you like about working at International Game Technology?

"This was a poorly ran company from the top down. The director had great ideas and incompetence was resting prototyping games on under qualified programmers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Total restructure on project model. Better communication to team members on project procedures."
