"Medallion was previously a great place to work. They provided Starbucks coffee, flexible schedules and great benefits. Recently, a new President took over. He has removed all of the previously mentioned benefits. He regularly makes derogatory, sexist and off color remarks about other team members, especially the female ones. He has a very small understanding of technology and does not have a grip on the innovation that is needed to keep such a tech heavy company competitive. He has also stated that he believes salary is a 55-60 hour a week commitment."
