"I love the progressive attitudes and European influence of the company. Not a day goes by that the goals outlined in the companies mission statement aren't reviewed and put into action. The work is fast paced so your always presented new challenges in areas that you may know very little about so you have to think fast and learn a lot."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Consider safety your number one priority and review the rest of the companies core values."
What don't you like about working at URENCO?
"The work at the National Enrichment Facility is primarily construction and installation. I would prefer a job where I could apply much more creativity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The managers do a great job keeping the construction moving however much organization is lost. The managers could do a better job facilitating communication between the work groups."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you're passionate about automation, it's a great, small company with plenty of growth potential."
