"If you are young look for the challenge so when you are old you will be offered THE salary. :D"

What don't you like about working at J.D. Irving?

"We do not have enough actual engineering work, we do project managing and supervision and trouble shooting. We havent started out new shipbuilding contracts yet. I feel since these are military contracts they will not start any time soon and I am seeking a better challenge that will increase my knowledge and keep my engineering teeth sharp."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"GET some WORK! should never have poeple who are happy with the status Quo in leardership."

"At the time the company was Renal Care Group, the company was bought out and downsized therefore I was laid off."
