Rotational 4 term program where I gained experience in Validation, Process, Product Design, and Controls Engineering. During my time at STRATTEC, I had significant responsibilities including projects in which I reduced the cost of an assembly line by 43% and was key contributor on a design team that received a patent for one of our ESCL's."
