"The managers are stupid. Promotions are done based on favoritism, and given to people who do not deserve them. People who make terrible mistakes are rewarded with promotions. There is so much incompetency and carelessness and nothing ever happens to these people. It's sad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would not allow poor performers to stick around. I would hold people accountable for their poor decision making. I would make a better effort to know what is going on during the day to day work. I would provide more opportunites to boost employee morale."
