(For your information, I retired from Measured Progress because my wife and I are ready to move to a warmer climate.)"

"The power structure is too rigid. All decisions are made my the division head and he often only wants the solution he is looking for."

"To listen to the ideas of their employees. Ultimately a good manager will train their team to solve problems and then trust them to do it."
