"The relocation of personnel from sister company in Florida to California, along with new rules and processes that proved to be detrimental to the health of the organization. Attitude towards existing personnel that caused many to leave company, causing ultimate collapse of clientele, workforce and workload."

"Include dialouge with long time personnel, create ongoing discussion with suggestions from current staff."
