What do you like about working at MDC Holdings?

"Loved the products. Loved my first two managers I worked for there(one was a gossip thou which got ugly sometimes), they told me what they expected and when they expected it by and left me alone unless I requested their assistance. They would both let me enjoy running my territory like my own business. This management would listen to what's wrong and your suggestion on how to fix it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be a yes person"

What don't you like about working at MDC Holdings?

"Last two managers I worked for there were MICRO MANAGERS, they did not want you making any decisions , stating opinions, everything had to be done as they said even if you could be achieve it another way. No independent thinking aloud."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Open communication, even if it's not what they want to hear. People that actual work in the field can see what works and what doesn't. Stop changing territories around. Keep your personal feelings about people out of the work place."
