"If you need a job that bad good luck. Unless you can play the game and are a robot don't even bother."

What don't you like about working at McLane?

"No communication inside the company. Management look after them selves and uses your comments as their own. Management treats the ee as slaves. They only show the owner what he wants to hear. Even when they put up a survey they only use the not so bad info. Total fakes"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be a manager not so busy kissing someone else's A__. Try to communicate to your ee what they need or what you need them to help with before you fire them without provocation."

What don't you like about working at McLane?

"The unprofessionalism I ve seen first-hand regarding co-workers and the difference in pay between the supervisors was unfair especially considering the amount of hours put in. The company also claims to be a Christian company but I didn't see any of those morals expressed or valued."

"To put the right people in the supervisor positions who know how to address co-workers as well as resolve issues."
