"Plenty of higher-education politics and tape that gets in the way of certain things. A lot of people who are happy as is, not necessarily advancing or innovating. Stagnating."

What don't you like about working at McDaniel College?

"Expected duties of me that are outside of my actual job description. I offered up an extra skill once, and now it's expected of me without any compensation. I don't feel driven or any incentive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more understanding, trusting of my department to do their job. Communicate in a less critical way."
