"Night shift duties are easy to complete. The only way to receive a pay raise is to receive a day shift (full-time) position, however, day shift pay is often mediocre."

What don't you like about working at McCurdy & Candler?

"There were times when my manager would give me specific instructions but forget to tell me a step that would impact my performance. Then, she'd be upset that I left out the exact part she did not instruct me to do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I was running the show, I would have communicated more effectively with the employees reporting to me."
