"Poorly run low tech company who wants to move into high yech electronics. They have a farm implements background and have no facilites suitable for this type of manufacturing. The R&D department reported into Marketing to an individual with no electronics experience and who would cut corners to save a buck and sell low quality instruments. They had no quality department and the managers were more suited to welding than they were electronics. I was the fifth R&D Project engineering mananger in seven years. They control the facility by fear and have microphones installed in their buildings to easedrop on conversations."
"A very depressing place to work where everyone works in fear."
