"It is micro-managed by the Owner whom has a knee-jerk reaction to most situations. Unfortunately he does not have a background or experience in most, if not all, aspects of his company's business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Oy. Let people do the job they have been hired to do without constant interference and petty, immature behavior from 'the top'; provide them with the tools, support and staff they need to perform their function; thin or eliminate the 'controlling family's' ranks (NOT the owner's family)."
