What don't you like about working at McCain Foods?

"I was the only person in my group in the US. Al of the other systems admins were in Canada. It would have been easier to communicate issues that applied specifically to the US enviroment if the management team was able to come to the US for meetings and discusions with the business here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In person meetings should happen several times a year. It would be easier to identify issues that are unique to each computing enviroment."
