There needs to be a rock solid team designated solely for training management and crew. With descriptive training materials and a more rigorous training schedule. More follow-up, more accountability, better hiring practices and more knowledgeable corporate staff. There should be a more detailed break down of departments on the corporate level so each department can better monitor, control and resolve problems.

4.3 I’ve worked for McAlister's Deli since June of 2016. There are over 500 stores in the U.S. and we have consistently been in the top 10 in sales. We create a great family environment that everyone loves to come and enjoy. We also create a good work experience for young adults who are getting their first job and train them not only to be the best employee they can be but train them in life aspects as well so they will succeed in their future careers.
