"No tips really, it is a typical software company driven by sales."

"The management was scattered between two states and policy was determined by people out of touch with the needs of the facility."

"Do not outsource support of the data center. Outsourced labor is profit driven and the support received is minimal."

"There is new management in place since my departure and it appears they have done a complete 180 degrees with career advancement. I still feel they might be a little low in compensation packages but I'm not sure."
