"high benefit costs and management hierarchy will never change and they do not remove the problems only the personalities they do not like, even if those personalities would do anything to make them successful"

"Get rid of the people who have been in positions since the beginning. They are whats stopping you from getting to the next level they cannot think outside of the box. There is only one true professional who has a can do attitude and that is Mr Jervey"
