"The vast majority of the people at MBF are excellent. The camaraderie on the shop floor is good, however, certain office staff unknowingly create drama. Most of the drama results in very low morale. Every person there defines themselves as underpaid. This results in constant quality issues. Somehow all this falls back on the severely underpaid project engineer."
