"I've worked for MB2 Dental for 5+ years. While growth has been explosive, this has only been in regards to the amount of work that needs to be done for each department. It seems that priorities are off when stability is ignored in favor of growth. Congratulations and pats on the back are not acceptable replacements for improvements on sub-standard wages for the industries. Management takes little outside input. The general attitude is "do as you're told and don't ask questions" and "we've always done it this way." I have gained a lot of experience that I will use to pursue better employment opportunities."
