"Some of the teams are closed minded to forward thinking. some of the manager are racist (as depiced by several laswuits) and I didn't get some projects because of my age (being one of the youngest people in the company)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Retire some of the managers that are at retiring age and holding progress back."
