"Maxwell Technologies is a decent company to work for, however, the HR department does not seem to want to protect its employees from bad management. The IT Department has been monopolized by three people who worked with each other in the past and they are paying each other outrageous salaries as well as pushing their work on to other employees who get paid far less. HR did not want to look at this and dismissed the claim, it's too bad because the company has great technologies."
