"The project managers are capable to make the decisions. The top management knows the importance of balancing work and life. When the project is near the deadline, everyone works hard. When finish the project, the management let engineers to relax so as to prepare for the next project. All the top management staff in R&D center in Singapore have engineering background and respect engineers."

"Need to have strong technical background because you will have a 1.5 hours exam on embedded system architecture, C/Assembly programming before the face-to-face interview. The director or manager will discuss each question with you during the interview."

"The hard disk industry is not stable in Singapore. Most of them moved to China and Thailand."
