"Research and ask as many questions as you can. Contact current and past employees and ask their experiences."

What don't you like about working at maxIT Healthcare?

"Constant Travel when everything that I do can be completed remotely."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It would be great if upper management actually supports their employees."

"I liked the work, the client was ok. But there was no support from the company towards me"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes, my only tip would be to not work for this company. It is Not a good organization for consultants and there are a lot of better consulting companies out there"

What don't you like about working at maxIT Healthcare?

"Very shady operation, not giving enough details about their working, termination without speaking to employees and then refuse to talk to employees after, very biased and partial behavior. Appear very nice when hiring and then treat resources as they please. They never stand behind their own employees and throw you under the bus"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management really needs to revamp, need to listen to the resources and make unbiased decisions. Give consultants a chance to prove themselves, evaluate performance on statistics and not on badmouthing by other consultants"

"MaxIT- A Very Good Salary and Very Little Career Growth"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company's compensation may have changed since I worked there. However, they do have good sales staff who are aggressive in finding opportunities. The technology is outdated for consultants, but I am nitpicky on technologies. Dell's are fine for business, but not as advanced as they should be given the requirements of the job sometimes. Overall, this is a very good firm for someone who is looking for a good salary and wants to travel. If you are looking for income growth and an opportunity to expand your responsibility, you may feel a bit challenged, but I have yet to find a staff augmentation company with any real growth unless you start your own."

What don't you like about working at maxIT Healthcare?

"The difficulty in balancing a career vs. understanding your financial and responsibility ceiling. The company is very competitive in compensation for a staff augmentation firm (in general)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Difficult to tell Parker Hinshaw and the other partners what to do in general. Frankly, they have a good business model and have a good supporting team. As a staff augmentation business that can grow and eventually be acquired, it is a great looking model for the partnership."
