"It was a very laid back atmosphere, friendly yet efficient. Challenges were met head on."

"If the company was not going out of business, I would say to be full of ideas and always be willing to trying new and different ways of getting things done, if needed."
What don't you like about working at Max Rave?
"When it came to recieving important corporate information on time from the company, it was at times recieved at the last minute, late, or immediatly changed. Communication was a big factor in this issue."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I worked with an excellent management team. Our store within the company was beautifully run. My previous store manager had a good head on her shoulders and always knew when and how to get things done. I have no suggestions for management. She was amazing."
What do you like about working at Max Rave?
"I like the environment, very relaxed and the people I worked with made working there fun."
What don't you like about working at Max Rave?
"There's really nothing I can think of, I did like working there, I just used to hate parking a block away because of limited parking."

"They really need to pay attention to suggestions from employees."
