What do you like about working at Maurices?

"I enjoyed that I was able to run a store as well as travel as a training manager. As long as you proved that you could do it and had a team that could run without you, they were very flexible regarding my training schedules"

What don't you like about working at Maurices?

"I felt as if I ran out of opportunities. Not much room for growth. I also wanted to work with more people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that some district managers need to spend more time with their store mangagers, especially those that are struggling. As a trainer, I would get the opportunity to go to stores and help them out with things and many times I could sense that the store managers did not feel as if they had a great, open relationship with their district managers."
